If you’re familiar with CTC Productivity’s mission, you know that our main goal, and my primary passion, is to help companies eliminate wasted time, talent, and technology.

I love helping leaders adopt productivity strategies into their organization’s culture. A company that focuses on improving their culture through productivity advancements is sure to see a huge host of benefits, and I want to help them get there.

Through my work as an international speaker and executive coach on the topic of productivity, I realized that one of the quickest and easiest ways to spread my message is to write a book about it. And thus began my adventure with writing my book, Work Smart Do More, which is now available for purchase on Amazon. (By the way, I’m so excited to share that Work Smart Do More launched as a #1 New Release in Leadership and Workplace Culture and was an instant Amazon bestseller in six categories, including Time Management!)

When I began writing Work Smart Do More, I had no idea how involved the process would be. It was quite the learning experience and I’d love to share some of what I learned with you!

For anyone interested in writing their own book someday, here are some of my key takeaways from the process:

  • Hire a publishing company! The guidance you’ll receive is well worth the time and investment to do it right. A huge shoutout to Wise Ink Creative Publishing for all of their amazing work in helping me get to the finish line.
  • Looking back, I can see why they say that 80% of the population WANTS to write a book, but only 1% actually does. It’s not a process for the faint of heart, but I’m thrilled to have made it through!
  • I learned that marketing and selling the book is just as involved as the writing and publishing process. I never realized just how important Amazon Customer Reviews really were! (And yes . . . that means I’d love for you to write one!)

Work Smart Do More has truly been a labor of love, but one that I feel you’ll find was well worth the time and effort.

Are you curious to know what it’s all about before you buy?
Here is a sneak peek of the first chapter of the book, totally free, plus some of the testimonials from my fabulous clients and friends that read the original draft. I hope you’ll give it a read!

And finally, I have a favor to ask.
Would you please consider purchasing the book on Amazon and writing a review for me? My goal is to get at least 50 customer reviews, as this boosts my book in searches. I’d like to thank you in advance for your support and I hope you love reading the book as much as I enjoyed writing it!
